# Blakeney Privacy Policy

Blakeney Pit Sailing is a sailing game of Blakeney Harbour. It does not need an account. Play stays on your device, unless you choose Apple Game Center.

We do not sell your personal information or use it for advertising. We do not add trackers to the game. What the game stores, it stores on your device.

## Who we are

Blakeney is the name of the game, this journal, and the work being built around Blakeney Harbour. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Slow You Down Studios.

This policy covers [Blakeney](https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/blakeney/id6799497886) and [Blakeney Pit Sailing](https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/blakeney-pit-sailing/id6781782430) on supported Apple devices, and [blakeney.app](https://blakeney.app/). Other products, including [Morston](https://morston.app/), have their own policies.

## The game

The game does not require a Blakeney account. It may keep boat name, sail number, appearance, preferences, local scores and ghosts on your device. Deleting the app removes those local copies. It does not delete information Apple already holds through Game Center, the App Store, or device backups you have enabled.

## Game Center

Race Online, leaderboards and world-record ghosts use Apple Game Center. Apple processes your Game Center name, scores, match information and ordinary connection information. We do not operate our own player accounts, chat or score servers. There are no in-app purchases.

## This website

blakeney.app is a development journal. It does not require an account. Cloudflare processes connection and operational information to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are delivered by Fontshare. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural analytics.

## Diagnostics and support

We do not add third-party advertising, analytics or crash-tracking SDKs to the game. The game does not ask for location, contacts, photos or microphone.

Apple may process App Store, device and TestFlight diagnostics. If you contact us, we process your message to answer you. Our contact mailbox is hosted by Google.

## Your rights

Depending on the law that applies, you may ask to access, correct, erase or receive a portable copy of personal information. [Email Us](mailto:slowyoudownstudios@gmail.com). You can also complain to the [Information Commissioner’s Office](https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/).

## Children

The game is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
